Interview process lasted ~4 weeks, and that's not counting the final interview with the rest of the team and another with the CEO. Overall, not a bad experience but a lot of work was involved considering it was all unpaid. I was lucky enough to be able to take the time to complete projects and multiple interviews, but I imagine a parent or someone that didn't already work from home would have struggled to find the time to do so. That indicates to me that the company is looking for a specific type of person to work there and doesn't care so much about diversity.
