We appreciate your feedback about the interview process being long, however, each round holds significance for us to gauge the candidate’s capability fitment for the role and cultural fitment for the company. Furthermore, we truly regret that there was a miscommunication in conveying the feedback to you. As you might understand, we had to take quick steps to replace the candidates from your college that decided to pursue higher studies and only communicated this decision to us at the very last minute, many months after accepting the offer.
