There were 3 parts to the interview process: One was an online interview and another one in person where I had to give a presentation and last a multiple-day seminar with other candidates.

Question 1
They simulated typical situations on tours and asked questions looking at how you would handle the situation. Furthermore they were also checking your language ability and knowledge about country and culture.
