I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at SuMO IT Solutions (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2018
Interview
Went for an interview, answered all their technical questions. At one point I was asked about a job specific question of "How do you currently do this?", Not "How would you handle a situation like this?" it was a very direct question about how my then current employer does things process-wise. I asked for clarification, and they repeated the question verbatim. At this point I realized there was no misunderstanding or misinterpretation. I told them that I was uncomfortable answering said question, since it involved the divulging privileged information, and it wasn't appropriate. I told them that I would answer based on what I would do I a hypothetical situation, but it seemed they were more interested in what their competitors were up to.
After that point, they hastley wrapped up the interview and whisked me on my way.
This interview left an awful taste in my mouth.
