Question 1
technical experience i have had on my previous companies
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sub Rosa (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
The agency is very slow in responding and setting up interviews, so expect to wait a while for anything. In addition, the interviewer was almost 30 minutes late, so this was a red flag on their disorganization and disregard for others time - maybe also an overall lack of communication within the agency. The interview was one of the most awkward interviews I've ever had. Interviewer kept talking in circles about the agency's work and repeatedly checked their phone throughout the interview. Found out the work on their website is very misleading with the role the agency has played in the projects. Standard questions about experience and where I would like to work.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sub Rosa (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
I reached out to Sub Rosa via their general email because I was really interested in learning more about them, despite the fact that - at the time - there were no jobs listed on their website. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a prompt reply (especially for a cold call.) I had four one-on-one interviews discussing skills, interests and goals which eventually led me into a role on their strategy team.
