super easy interview process. they really needed the help so i was hired on the spot. this was in 2022, the interview process might be a little harder and stricter now

they asked about my experience and what makes me a good fit. my availability and if i wanted to work 4 or 5 days
Noelia was super friendly and easy to talk to. Interview was easy and casual. Only one question threw me for a loop. It was through Google meets and 13 mins long.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sugared + Bronzed (Miami, FL) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was a typical interview with basic questions like relevant experience, why you want to work here, etc. It was done over google teams and took about 15 minutes. The interviewer was a bit judgmental, and it didn’t feel very welcoming.
