Interview
I first interviewed with a staffing agency that was filling this role, via phone. That interview went very well and the person clearly relayed the job requirements as well as a lot about the company culture. The next interview was a Teams interview with the hiring manager who was clearly unprepared.

Tell me about each of your job experiences- what did you do at each job? Tell me about a time something went wrong? (This was odd question and I asked her to expound- she did and the question then became "Tell me about a time something went wrong in a project- how did you respond?"
