The interview process was extremely long and drawn out. They first do a phone screen and ask about 10 questions. They then invite you to an in-person interview, where you have to answer around 50 drilling questions with a group panel of two managers and the owner, and at the end of the group interview you have to fill out an entire page of questions manually. They then invite you back to meet the residents for an evening over dinner. You spend an entire evening with a group of managers, staff and residents who are all analysing your every move, while managers take notes and watch you the entire time. During that time, you are pulled away for a timed test on your computer skills. Additionally, you are asked to write a sample email draft about a client who is showing misconduct and then drilled another 20 minutes with questions at the end of the night. This is all for a whopping 14.50 an hour. If they don't think you are a good fit for the position of a Caseworker, they will offer you a position to work as a caregiver directly under the person who was offerred the job you originally wanted.
