The initial interview lasted about 5 minutes. It was basically an informative session about the company, and I didn't have much time to talk. I was told that the second part of the interview would take place while working in a store at which I would be observed while interacting with customers. It sounded to me like I would basically be working a shift for no pay. The job that was described to me at the interview didn't match the job description that I read online. I was under the impression that it was a marketing & advertising agency position. It seemed to be a sales job at big box stores. The company called me a few hours after the interview and asked to come to a second interview, which I described above. I declined the second interview.
