Non responsive via email, provided phone number does not connect. Does not provide flight accommodations for interview which is the largest factor to decline the face to face. The expense incurred is high added with hard to reach contact a less desirable company to work for.

Video at first and then group invite. Very smoothe process and very inviting. Laid back atmosphere. Did a series of different flight attendant role plays. Can you do the safety announcement with all the given pieces ? You do this with a group. How well do you work together ..

The first interview was a virtual one way. Next they invited to interview in person. The first round of interviews consisted of a group activity. After the group activity was a 2 on 1. The last interview was 1 to 1.

They will email you to do a video-recorded interview where you are sent prompts and record yourself answering them. If you get passed that stage, then you go for a group interview. Mine had about 30 people in it and lasted a couple of hours. You are broken into groups of 4 to do activities together to see how you work as a team, then asked questions one-on-one.
