I applied on LinkedIn and the CEO reached out to me for a cover letter, which I then submitted. Before even scheduling an interview, she emailed me to ask if I had looked at relocating to the area and if it were a viable option. Why would I apply for a job if I didn’t look into that?? I told her I couldn’t know for sure without know the salary for the position, which was unpublished. How would I know if I can afford the cost of living if you provide no information about the salary?? Dodged a bullet with this one!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They only asked if I looked into relocating. So unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Suncoast Humane Society (Englewood, FL) in Jan 2018
Interview
Brief, made the job seem different than it really was. The job was really cleaning litter boxes, but they don't say that. She doesn't tell you felons work there, but does explain that the heat is terrible and a girl did pass out, and 2 dogs died from the heat.
