Over the course of about 6 interviews (most via telephone), the final was in person. The final interview lasted about 7 hours and involved around 10 people. The lead manager at the office talked at length of the need for loyalty from his staff and also that the corporate office in Pocatello would be kept uninformed of his actions if he did not want them interfering. It felt like a difficult work environment, but one with potential long-term advantages.
