Very thorough, 3 different interviews. 1st over the phone, then with the shift lead and then with the director. You might have to go through a background test. You might also have to take a physical test and possibly get tased.

Let too many people who have no business working in the industry in. It's too easy to get hired on. One with a sm one with management and one with owners.
