Interview
Phone screen with a really nice and knowledgeable woman. She kept me in the loop of the process. Face to face meeting with student affairs who was nice. It was weird that he gave me an employment packet without actually making an offer or discussing salary. Waited a week just to find out the position had been put on hold.

Question 1
Basic questions about previous experience and customer service/sales experience on the phone. Face to face was mostly listening. He didn’t really ask me anything.

Interview
Interview was one on one with the Director of Education followed by an interview which included the owner. The salary offered was considerably lower than what was posted on indeed's website. The compensation package was minimal with 3 holidays/year, 1/2 of medical, dental, vision paid and very high premiums as compared to other companies. 2 weeks vacation after one year.
