Interview
The Founder reached out multiple times and when the initial interview was scheduled, it was a no show. And it happened twice.This process took a whole month. Not worth the time and effort
The interview was not hard, but after 3 rounds of interviews they rejected without giving any explicit reason. Respecting people time shows how you care people too. Otherwise, they are only resources for you. If you don't want to move forward with someone, let them know why.

Question 1
- not leetcode questions and it was easy. for system desing, it was just a discussion without any whiteboarding which is not a good practice unless they pretty know what they are doing and be aware of how words are taken differently by people when they are not prepared well before.
1. Interview with a talent team member or engineering director
2. 1 hour technical coding interview (applied algo, solving a business problem)
3. 1.5 hour pair programming interview (web server + database)
4. 1 hour behavioural / technical leadership interview
