Going through a list of questions related to human resources area and ask about your college experience, intern experience, your personalities, strength, skills. It is pretty relaxed conversation and not very intense.

Interview
This was an unpaid internship. The process was pretty easy because they don't pay you. The whole point for me was to get real-life experience. There is no physical office so these internships are 100% remote.

Interview
The interviewer was very nice and excited to meet me. She immediately gave me background about our company's mission, and she was very informative about the specifics of the role. Right away, I got a positive impression about the company's friendly and inclusive culture. The only downside was that the interview was kind of long (over 30 minutes), as they asked a lot of questions.

There's a video that they send to you and ask you to watch before the interview, which provides background on the company's vision. Make sure you watch it because they will ask for your thoughts to see if your values align well with their values.
