After the application, which included short editing tasks, I completed an editing test and received detailed feedback on it. I also had a Zoom interview where we discussed the company's work and my goals as an editor.

Question 1
What attracted you to SuperSummary?
How many hours are you looking to work each week?
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at SuperSummary in Apr 2023
Interview
It was a lovely, relaxed interview. The interviewer was friendly and informative. There are some reviews out there that say editors are paid per project and not hourly, but she assured me that's not the case. That's more true for the writers. They start by telling you more about the company and then ask about your background. Questions are fairly easy and straightforward. My nerves just got the better of me, and I sounded like an idiot. In hindsight, there was no reason to be nervous at all. Interview was scheduled for 15 to 20 minutes, but it was a bit closer to half an hour cause we started chatting. I interviewed on a Thursday and heard back the following Monday. I didn't pick up on any red flags, so I'd say give it a shot. Good luck!

Question 1
How would you treat a scenario where the study guide writer used derogatory terms/took an unnecessarily offensive point of view? How would you alter it (if appropriate) and what feedback would you give to the analyses writer?
I haven’t had the interview yet but the application process was easy. I heard back quickly. The application itself has an editing test that is straightforward and pretty quick to complete.
