1. 30 minute screen with recruiter.. went well and moved to next round 2. Coding interview with an engineer. Not too hard and went well 3. Interview with CTO.. clearly not technical (first red flag to me for a company this small) but they seemed really excited to hire me. Asked if I was “willing to give up work/life balance” and “see [my] family a lot less” to help the company succeed (second red flag to me) 4. Interview with CEO.. very passionate about the company. Doubled down on lack of work/life balance and mentioned “80 hour work weeks” 6. Another interview with CTO… questioned how serious I was about “startup culture” and mentioned that they do not want “normal balanced work culture”
