I applied online. I interviewed at Superhuman in Mar 2023
Interview
Very long interview process - over a month. During my final call, I found out the hiring manager hadn't opened any of the sample materials // plans they had asked me to make to show how I'd go about a 30/60/90 day plan. Extremely disrespectful.

Met with 10 people - portfolio review - past experiences review
I applied online. I interviewed at Superhuman in Jan 2026
Interview
Told me I was interviewing for one role and then mid interview with the recruiter was sent the link to another job breaking down the description of another role. I flagged that the job description and title shared was completely different than the job I had first been told I was interviewing for and the recruiter said "no they're the same." I then got an email saying they decided to not move forward. Really disappointing and felt like the recruiter was unprepared.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Superhuman (formerly known as Grammarly)?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
A recruiter from a sourcing agency had reached out to me about the role. I first had a screening call with her, then a half-hour call with the hiring manager. I was then given a presentation assignment to complete before a 4-hour interview loop. The first interview loop involved meeting 6 people who I would be working with and a 1-hour presentation/discussion of the assignment. I was then invited to a final 2-hour interview loop.
