Ultimately, I had a call with the in-house recruitment team, which led to a hiring manager interview for a full-time role within growth acquisition, a portfolio review with a content designer and researcher and other designers, a design exercise, a chat with the group PM, and then the hiring manger called references. I received a verbal offer from the recruiter. That offer didn't turn into anything substantial, as the role was rescinded.
