Quite formal. Interview toom was up central stairs and did not get to see office atmosphere at all. Split office between technical and sales. Left to wait in room then interviewed by 2 directors. Hard to gauge character of intererviewing commercial director. Good cop bad cop scenario with HR director who seemed way more pleasant and easy going.
