Support Solutions interview questions

There was no formal interview. I was just asked to come in and speak to a manager a few days after submitting an online application. From the start, it was very evident they were desperate to hire new people. They had me fill out availability paperwork. When I spoke to the manager, he asked what days/hours I could work. He spoke as if I was already hired from the start. The obvious desperation to hire new people was a little off-putting but I accepted the offer.
