The interview process for this position was not well structured. No clear process, no reply to e-mails at all. The case study was shared a few hours before the interview which is super lausy and unprofessional.

Interview
There're different steps: CV scan, one first an interview w/ your potential manager, followed by one exercise to present at the office, and lastly one conversation w the CEO. Normally the process does not take too long.
