Surreal Advertising interview questions

The job is listed as OED Solutions Events and Promotions Assistant on Indeed.com, but the company offering the job is Surreal Advertising. They are a for profit company that works with non-profits. They set up tables in front of Wal-mart, gas stations, etc and ask people to contribute money to these causes. The first interview was a group zoom they call a webinar. It was with the Director of HR and 6 candidates. I was not told it would be a group call before hand. The Employer talked about the company and then each candidate said a little bit about themselves. Afterwards we were asked if we were interested in a 2nd individual interview. The 2nd interview is with a Training Manager.
