Overall I think its easy, and focus a lot on applied scenarios. I would say all questions are practical and relevant. Overall the interview lasted about 45 minutes for me.

What would you do if a client is not performing well in his programming?
There was a 40 to 50 min interview in person with their supervisors. Both theoretical and team related questions were asked. Need to do provincial training and pass a video review.

Came in, asked 8 questions, and left. Didn't really talk about the position itself. Mainly behavioural questions and all about behavioural management. The online job description didn't match what the job actually was about
