Surv interview questions

I did not go very far in the interview process because the hiring manager ghosted. I've never been treated this unprofessionally while interviewing for a role. The interview process consisted of a phone screening, then an email introduction. The person who did the phone screen told me to expect to hear from the hiring manager about my next interview and told me to introduce myself to the hiring manager via an email thread they included myself and that manager on. It was somewhat bizarre to me, as someone who was not a member of the company, but I enthusiastically introduced myself and offered time frames for an interview or phone call. I rec'd no response whatsoever. I did follow up one time. I find it particularly rude to ignore an email from someone who is introducing themselves to you, especially someone who was told to do so. Not everyone is a fit for every role, but treat your candidates with respect and professionalism, at minimum.
