there ad was up on craigslist. one of the most common online job boards, so it was very easy to connect with the employer by just emailing a resume. interview process was easy, got a very friendly call where one of the project managers spoke what they were looking, basically everything that was layed out in the online job ad. then she told me, based on your resume and previous employment you are obviosly a good fit and i was as everything she briefed me on i could have breifed her myself.went in for an interview and even friendlier in person interview! was very easy and got hired on the spot! no big corporate checklists. although she did verify previous employment with former manager whose contact i gave who was still working at the same co.
