I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Survive-A-Storm (Thomasville, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Heard about the job from a friend of mine and had an interview the very next day. The interview was in person and the process took about 30 minutes and was very informative. Went on a tour of the factory and there was a lot of information to take in. After the in person interview, I had a phone interview with the Sales Director that was very intimidating. This guy is a wizard in sales and not having a sales back ground or experience made it a little nerve racking. But, I was hired 2 days later and all in all it was a very relaxing and informative process.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Survive-A-Storm (Thomasville, GA)
Interview
I applied online. Finally heard back from the hiring manager about a week and a half after submitting my resume. Had a phone interview with Sales Manager witch lasted about 15 minutes. I then had a face to face interview with the Sales Manager a few days later and was hired on the spot. They didn't offer a lot of details about the pay and benefits. I had to drag that out of them. I was also told that the hours were mainly M-F 8:00 - 5 or 5:30 and some ocassional Saturdays. It turned out to be 8:00 until at least 5:30 or 6:00 or later.
