Sustainable Staffing interview questions

The interview process was smooth and the employer was direct with the questions. Overall the interview was around 15 minutes long. The interviewer was interested in how I reacted in different situations and what it taught me.

I was asked about my recruiting experience and what the perfect job looks like to me. I took a typing test and talked about volunteer work, community action, sustainability initiatives I have taken part in. I was asked about groups I belong to and resources I use to remain knowledgeable about Recruiting, and Hiring trends. After that, I was provided information about the history of the company, their core values, the reason for their current opening, what I could expect should I be offered the position, and what the company would expect from me.
