Spoke with the recruiter, a hiring manager, peer interview, then a director. The process was disorganized, I was sent a technical assessment and then told days later not to do the assessment and that they would ask similar questions in a video call technical interview. The technical interview was nothing like the assessment and asked extremely basic questions. I got immediate positive feedback until the director level interview where it was silence for several weeks and then a rejection referencing describing specific skills they were looking for which were not asked about in the interview process.
