You will have either a teams call or a cheeky coffee with the store manager. The questions are retail stand and the overall vibe is nice and relaxed. If you get to the store it's a great opportunity to see their kind of customers and store speed.

Interview
We had a group interview (though she said that normally didn't happen) and it was an overall good process. She asked us about our experience, saw how we interacted with eachother ect. Asked about any plans or holiday and what time we could work. We were then sent upstairs to pick a cluster of clothes that match the spec she gave us and told us to present it.
I was invited to a second interview and that was similar questions but just one on one.
It was very warm and friendly, more just a chat than an evaluation! I felt comfortable and enjoyed speaking with my soon to be store manager. Awesome interviewing process! Highly recommend!
