      HR Generalist Interview

      May 9, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sweetser in Aug 2017

      Interview

Originally contacted by Director. Then contacted by Generalist for phone screen. First interview was with Director. Structured questions, not conversational, she entered notes into the computer while I answered. Overall, communication with the Director was difficult. She originally reached out to me, then disappeared for over a week. This continued throughout the interview process, it would have been nice to have a little more reliability communication-wise.

      Question 1

Asked the usual questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
