Interview
I had a breif interview with a very kind person. They hire everyone, they pretty much just ask you where you would prefer to work. They will then make you an offer on the spot. Easiest interview of my life, no need to lose sleep over the interview, not anything like an i-banking interview.

Interview
Zoom, very easy. They were very friendly and helped me through the process. Not any tough questions, mainly just about where you could work and what your availability is like.
I was asked questions about my life experiences, why I wanted the position, what my hours of availability would be, how I would fit into the team, and what my expected pay should be

Very easy process. They ask you if you have the necessary certifications to be a lifeguard, and if not, they will help you in the certification process. Then they offer you the basic starting lifeguard pay, which is probably around 15ish.
