      I interviewed at Swinerton

      Interview

5 separate rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, panel with engineers, panel with manager of teams those engineers are on, panel with technology VPs and directors. The 3 panel rounds could have been consolidated as they were very repetitive. Some of these rounds had people who barely said anything and the questions I was asked in all of them were largely the same. Was surprised VP level interviewers were asking basic technical questions yet again instead of strategy/interpersonal questions. Overall, interview process in their technology department could use some fine tuning. Seems like there are no notes shared between rounds so a lot of the same questions comes off as disorganized or that there is a lack of trust between colleagues.

Collaboration and inter-team communication for soft skills, Azure/cloud skills and disaster recovery for technical skills.
