there are total of 2 rounds of interview. 1hr of talking with management. the interview process was fast. I got the result within two weeks from last round of interview. There were many applicants.
First round group virtual interview, 6-8 people a group. First introduce yourself. Then invidually read case material. then free discussion on a case question provided for 30 minutes, mostly solve a business sceanrio, followed by a Q&A. Overall vibe is friendly.
The process started with the normal online tests, following by a round of interview in Hong Kong in December. If successful, you would return to Swire within the week to do a Chinese test in Mandarin. This is super hard! I think I struggled most at this part. There is also a Chinese writing test.
