Very well-structured and thoughtful. Questions were different from just standard things. One really gets the opportunity to meet key people and understand the company. Very good communication between the rounds and quick + detailed feedback.

Very thorough, 1 telephone round, 2 personal interviews and 1 trial day. Telephone interview was quick with some general get to know you chat. Two rounds of personal interviews were more in depth, questions about background, past experiences, team work, communication etc. Met many people from the company (different teams, finance and IT recruitment both). It was great, could get a better understanding of what to expect. Last round was a half day trial day with tasks that a recruiter would perform on a day to day. This was intense as it is 30 minute per task plus additional interviews and lunch in the middle.
