Interview
They begin the interview process with a 30 minute phone call to get to know you, see what you know about the company, and to find out if you understand what the position entails.
Next, they provide you 3 assessments: verbal reasoning, mathematical reasoning, and logical reasoning. The expectation is to pass by scoring in the 50th percentile.
After the assessments, they set up a video call with a SWE II and III to gain more background information as well to see how technology literate you are in the language they work with.
Finally, they invite you in office for a in-person interview with another SWE II and management.

1st round - You will be interview by the manager and senior/team lead of the team. Basic java and design technical questions. Will also ask what is your experience and describe the nature of work.
2nd round - Casual interview session with the HOD of your position

Friendly and open-minded recruiters focusing on the personality of the interviewee instead of just their technical skills. Took time out of their busy schedule to accommodate a change in plans.
