Swivel Group interview questions

1. Initially a talent hunter asked me to share the CV through linkedin 2. Got a call from talent hunting team member and asked my experience, skills, salary, notice period, explained their policies 3. Passed through technical interviews and went to management interview 4. After management interview one member from talent hunter team has informed I have been passed through management interview and congratulated me and told will provide the offer letter next day 5. Haven't got any calls or any updates for anything for next 2 weeks 6. Suddenly after 2 weeks got a call and asked some details to send the offer 7. I have rejected the offer These people thinks that we are machines and we will do whatever they have asked to do so. After rejecting the offer got to know what has happened through a friend of mine who is working there. What has happened was, they have offered the position for another person who is a well known friend of the person who did the management interview. Initially the person has accepted the offer verbally and after a week he has rejected the offer. After it has been rejected they have called me and given the offer. Simply shows how office politics works. I have seen so many reviews that this company has alot office politics, but I get to know that it's 100% true after this. I know the admin will come and reply we are not like that blah blah. Those are just to show people they are well reputed firm, but this company is full of office politics and another thing they offer less salary compared to market salary range. Never ever join this company

First I had HR Screening As explained in HR Screening there interview process for manual QA engineer is Technical Interview if selected from that, then there will be a Manager Interview.
