Interviewed for an Associate role at the Asset Management. Although I didn't get an offer, overall I had fruitful discussions with the different stakeholders and definitely keen to work with the company.

Work experience, why interested in Symbiotics, main motivators etc.
Fair but long and not very reactive towards the end of the process. It took them several weeks to get back to me after having done 2 interviews and a test.

Interview
There were 3 interviews: one with HR, one direct Manager and one with Head of Department, plus a practical test. Relatively easy interviews, no traps or tricky questions. After I applied online it took two months to hear back then it took one month for interviews.
