First interview was a in-person interview where a shoe website was asked to be architected on the whiteboard. Various questions were then asked about how the resources work together. Second and final interview was a cultural one asking about ambitions, drive, motivation, etc. Don't waste your time applying here. They don't even know what they want. They have been trying to fill this DevOps role for 2+ months now.
