They don’t hire people of color. Look at their people page on LinkedIn. I can understand if that culture pertains in Finland but in North America it’s shocking to see. Don’t think they’ll last a long time with that kind of culture in North America. Please don’t interview unless you want to be disappointed. Thank me later folks.

A routine first round with the HR that went well. She told right away that she's qualifying me to the next round for an interview with their Chief Sales Officer (CSO). I connected with CSO and he also mentioned that they'll schedule the next round. That never happened. I followed up via email but never received any reply.
