      Interview

The interview process is fairly standard, initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by rounds with the hiring manager, cross-functional partners, and a final with the CEO. The recruiter was professional and served as the main point of contact throughout. That said, I would advise candidates to approach with caution. There appears to be ongoing turnover at the leadership level and a lack of autonomy, which has led to frequent shifts in strategy. Throughout my interviews, I received inconsistent messaging about the company's direction and priorities, some of which were reactive to recent internal developments. It gave the impression that the organization lacks confidence in its long-term vision, and decisions often feel more reactive than strategic.
