The interviewer not once asked questions in regards to my qualifications for the position which I was interviewing for. Majority of the pre-interview banter was to discuss my ethnicity, whether I still lived at home, how many siblings I have, what types of careers my parents hold. To someone reading this, it probably seems as though the person interviewing me was new to the HR role. You may be surprised to learn that this was the hiring practice of the company President. The gentleman also mentioned that I should try to not "come off as smart" because most companies don't want to hire individuals who are "seemingly aggressive" with their future goals.
Leaving the interview, all I could think was "Get me out of here!" I never want to work for this company.
