      Inbound Sales Interview

      Jul 18, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Sewell, NJ
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Synergixx (Sewell, NJ)

      Interview

There were two managers interviewing me at the same time. The experience was somewhat bizarre and awkward. The one manager barely said anything, and the other one said a bit too much. The latter manager was questioning me and making assumptions as if it were an interrogation. He didn't come across as a sales manager but more like a telemarketing supervisor (aka adult babysitter). The offer was a bit lame and the environment was a bit lacking. Doubt I'll take it if offered. The process is also a bit unnecessarily lengthy.
