I had a pleasant experience interviewing at BOA. The process had four rounds. First one was a skype video call and a complete technical round. Second one was face to face interview with a senior member in the organization and had both technical as well as managerial discussion. Third was with the director of offshore, and was managerial round. Post this, there were discussions with HR regarding compensation and other benefits.

Cleared the OA and interview. Got invited for the workshop and attended it in person. After 2 days of grilling workshop, I got an email after a few days that I am not selected.

The interview process went really well . After that we had a workshop for 2 days, where we learned a data migration tool . After completing the assignment given in the workshop you will be selected to directing manager round . This is basically a HR round .
