It was great talking with a lovely HR and then senior architect. There were some technical questions, but nothing to be afraid of. The atmosphere was awesome and we found mutual understanding.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Systematic (Bucharest, Bucuresti)
Interview
Very nice, simple and pleasant process. All questions nicely put and with no pressure. Like a chat between two software pationates. Also the disscution was relaxed, but searching deep through my knowledge of javascript. Both TL and PM are developers with 10years of experience. All in one good place to work at i think.
