I interviewed with first person (week 1 via web), second person (week 2 via web). Got called into “tour the office” - week 3 when first person would be in town. Met with 3rd person in person in Columbus. Next was told I didn’t get the job because there was a disconnect between person one and person three about what type of candidate they were looking. This is indicative of what type of management they have at this company and how poorly things are handled there. I reached out to person one for feedback after being strung along for 3 weeks and lo and behold no answer. Was I a little bummed at first; of course but definitely dogged a bullet.
