      The interview process was structured, transparent, and efficient. Initial Screening Call A short introductory call with a member of the People or Talent team to discuss background, experience, and role alignment. First Interview A deeper conversation with the hiring manager focused on skills, experience, and how the role fits within the team and organisation. Second Interview / Stakeholder Interview A follow-up interview with senior stakeholders or cross-functional team members, exploring real-world scenarios, problem-solving, and ways of working.
