Interview
First there was a one on one with one of the floor supervisors, then kind of a panel type interview with 2 of the supervisors with more in depth questioning. Then a decision was made to make an offer or not and they contacted me with the offer. The hiring process seemed good when it was taking place, however once I started working there I realized a lot of things in the interview process were lied about.
