I have applied to this job through Naukri.com and I got a mail for time and date for the interview.One of their employee told me to wait at the room.There were 3 rounds even though you are an experienced professional or fresher. 1.Aptitude - contains 20 questions which comprises of age probs,time and distance,probability questions etc.. thru indiabiz website. Note :You have to score at least 7 marks out of 20 to go for next round.n o negative marks. 2.Technical- this round you hav to written the answers in paper comprising the questions of 7 nos and covers SQL,PHP Basics,MySql coding parts as well. 3.HR cum technical round..-The director of the company will ask you about yourself and little more skills which you hav mentioned in your resume. The best thing which you hav to do in interview is tht talk with confidence. Note: Salary offer will be very less but you hav to bargain.

Interview process was okay. First there was a aptitude round consist of profit and loss question, ages, number system and algebra related questions. In second round they asked questions related to php. Write a code to build form, 2.difference between inner and outer join. 3.what are attributes of form tag. 4.connect html , css with php. Main thing was aptitude round which was of 20 marks and you should get 12 or above marks to get shortlisted.
